Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Worldwide: 5–15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
We take great care in packaging, but if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kablok.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping Methods
We use reliable international and domestic shipping providers, including DHL, FedEx, DPD, and local couriers, depending on the destination and product.
